Permanent full time Cook: 2 position. Start Wage: $15.50/hour, 30 – 40 hours per week. Shifts include: Morning, Night, Day, Evening, Weekend. Job Duties: Manage kitchen operations; Supervise kitchen staff and kitchen helpers; Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling food; Determine the size of food portions and costs; Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance; Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. High school diploma is required, must have at least 2 years of experience, equivalency considered.

Kitchen Helper 

Job Details

Permanent full time Kitchen Helper: 3 positions. Start Wage: $15.00/hour, 30 – 40 hours per week. Shifts include: Morning, Night, Day, Evening, Weekend. Job Duties: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units; Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware; Place dishes in storage area; Package take-out food; Portion and wrap food; Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items; Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment; Remove kitchen garbage and trash; Sweep, mop, and polish floors; Wash, peel, and cut fruit and vegetables. High school diploma is required, will provide training, equivalency considered.

Food Service Supervisor

Job Details

Permanent full time Food Service Supervisor: 2 positions. Start Wage: $16.80/hour, 30 – 40 hours per week. Shifts include: Morning, Night, Day, Evening, Weekend. Job Duties: Requisition food and kitchen supplies; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. High school diploma is required, must have at least 2 years of experience, equivalency considered.

Waiter/Waitress

Job Details

Permanent full time Waiter/Waitress: 3 positions. Start Wage: $18.00/hour, 30 – 40 hours per week. Shifts include: Morning, Night, Day, Evening, Weekend. Job Duties: Address customer's complaints or concerns; Present bills to customers and accept payments in cash, credit, or debit cards; Describe menu items including daily specials for customers; Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages; Serve food and beverages; Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff; Assist guests with special needs. High school diploma is required, experience an asset, equivalency considered.
