- Establish methods to meet work schedules.

- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Hire food service staff, Ensure food service and quality control.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules.
