M&S Truck Repair Ltd. is hiring 3 Full-time and permanent “Mechanic helpers”

 

Permanent Position: Mechanic helpers

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (Overtime, Weekend, Evening, if required.)

Salary: CAD $ 23.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Positions Available: 3

Education: Not Required

Experience: No work experience is required (training will be provided)

Languages: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 14684 64 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 1X7 Canada

 

Job Duties:

 

·       Helps mechanic perform maintenance and repairs such as tune-ups and oil changes, checks tires and brakes, replaces spark plugs and engages in other similar tasks.

·       Assists mechanic with electrical systems such as replacing batteries, starters, and lights.

·       Test drives vehicles to ensure repairs are completed property.

·       Cleans the shop and returns tools to proper location.

·       Maintains inventory of replacement parts and equipment.

·       Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.

·       Updates maintenance and repair logs for vehicles.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.
