Scratch Kitchen is looking for a supervisor in North Vancouver, BC!
Employer: Scratch Kitchen (operated by Scratch Hospitality Corporation)
Position: Supervisor (Full-time / Permanent)
Position available: 1
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
Location: 437 Dollarton Hwy N, North Vancouver, BC V7G 1M9
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards such as temperature, presentation, orders, package for pick ups etc.
- Estimate and order the ingredients/supplies for packaging etc. and maintain records of the inventory.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules for staff.
- Receive the customers’ feedback and report it to a manager or owner.
- Train newly hired staff in job duties, work and food safety etc., if required.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary
- Language: English
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in food service
- Must be available to work on holidays and at least one day on weekend.
